A graduate of QUT, Sara took to the professional stage with the Queensland Opera, Queensland Ballet and performed classical and contemporary works in the UK, Taiwan & Hong Kong, before injury forced a career change.Her holistic approach to client health and wellbeing is testimony to the hundreds of lives she has helped change for the better.Improved self esteem, health, vitality are benefits she has continued to promote through her training and Seminars.
